I offer over 30 years public and private professional experience in social and human
research, project management, organizational development and management audit. My
significant life experience is backed by formal education and a specialization in
Management Sciences related to change management, project and team performance.
Cultural sensitivity in managing diversity has also been a personal strength, right
along-side a core focus on ethical professional practice.
Knowing what makes the difference to a functional learning organization from a
management framework or systems perspective is only part of the story. Corporate
climate, management culture, organizational learning and communication networks are
key in the achievement of management objectives, as are recognition and reward for the
intellectual engines of your organization.
Addressing only one aspect is like trying to shift or change only one item on a mobile.... it
can't be done because everything should be inter-related and hung on a central mission.

change or development and help to facilitate the steps necessary to actualize that
change. While maintaining a sensitive ear to your needs, I will put forward an honest
