Unhappiness and suffering occurs when we confuse who we are with the roles we play, with others'
expectations for us, or with the defenses we have developed over time to once real or perceived threats.
All confusion and attachment by ego, distances us from our authentic creative, joyful Self and from
others.
While depression, anxiety or physical illness challenges CAN be the doorways of opportunity to reach
our authentic Self, it is not necessary that a transformational shift arrive in such a tumultuous manner.
Increased self-awareness and willingness to process our experiences and our feelings can change
how we experience our reality and attract success to our endeavours.
You can be the master of your life... The choice is always yours.
